Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to drive corporate and group sales in the Hunter Valley. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and secure meetings, incentives, conferences, and events for the resort.
You will develop proactive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Events, Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maximize revenue growth.
