Are you an experienced early childhood leader ready for your next opportunity? Journey Early Learning is seeking a passionate and motivated Centre Manager to lead one of our established centres in Brisbane's Inner North.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll provide operational and pedagogical leadership, inspiring your team to deliver high-quality education and care while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.

Working closely with your Centre Quality Manager and support teams , you'll drive centre performance, mentor and develop educators, build strong community connections and create an environment where children, families and your team can thrive.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead with confidence, shape a positive team culture and make a meaningful impact across all aspects of the centre's operations.

About You

- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Previous Centre Manager or experienced Assistant Centre Manager leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Experience managing centre operations, compliance and team performance
- Solid communication skills with the ability to build relationships with children, families and educators
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications
