H&S; Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with Early Childhood Education experience to lead our People, Culture & Wellbeing function across 17 early learning centres. Reporting to the COO, you will guide leadership capability, navigate complex people matters and shape workforce strategy in a rapid‑growing family‑owned organisation.
You will drive employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and capability development while ensuring compliance with awards and legislation, with
