Water Features Direct is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on position based in Clifton Hill, Victoria, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and contributing to the successful delivery of our water feature projects and services. As a casual labourer, you will have flexibility in your work schedule whilst gaining valuable experience in the trades and services sector.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of water features and related projects
- Perform general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks and ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised
- Transport and position materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain health and safety standards on site and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Contribute to maintaining a productive and safe working environment for all team members

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items
- Reliability and strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistency
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the trades and services industry
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team




- Basic health and safety awareness and commitment to following site safety protocols
- Flexibility to accommodate casual work arrangements and varying project schedules
- A valid driver's licence is required for this position
- Previous experience in labouring, construction, or related trades is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate
