Casual Content Creator - 2 Days/Week to Start (room to grow)

Elula Home is a small-batch, family-run home fragrance brand based on the Gold Coast, hand-poured candles, diffusers and everyday rituals, built by a husband and wife team from our home studio. We're in a genuine growth phase right now, with a bigger product range, bigger launches and a lot more happening behind the scenes and we need someone to help us actually show up for it on camera, consistently.

This is a casual role starting at 2 days a week, with more hours very likely down the track for the right person as we grow. We're not looking for someone to schedule a few posts and call it done, we want someone who wants to be part of building this with us.

What you'll be doing:

- Filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and being in it, not just behind it
- Capturing behind the scenes moments from our studio, our process and everyday life around the brand
- Bringing your own ideas to the table. Trends, hooks, formats, whatever's working right now
- Helping plan and post content alongside the founder, across Instagram and TikTok
- Being part of our biggest moments of the year, think Black Friday,



Christmas, new launches
- Keeping content feeling real, not overly polished or "salesy"

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have at least 2 years' experience creating content for a brand, for yourself, or both
- Are genuinely comfortable and confident on camera, this is a face-forward role
- Have a fun, high-energy personality that comes through naturally on screen
- Know your way around filming and editing on your phone (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom, or similar)
- Have a positive eye for what feels aesthetic without feeling staged
- Are reliable, organised, and can be trusted to turn up and deliver without being chased
- Are excited by the idea of growing with a small brand, not just clocking in for a job
