Xefco is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead work health, safety and training across the Pilot Facility in Waurn Ponds, Geelong. This role is hands-on, on the floor with engineers, technicians and scientists to ensure proper procedures and controls are in place as the facility grows.
You will own SOPs, training, and risk controls, and continually improve them for a rapid-paced development environment. Australian WHS knowledge and a proactive mindset are essential.
