About the role
We are seeking a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose children presenting with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, social-emotional challenges, learning difficulties, and speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans.
- Manage a caseload effectively, providing therapy within the clinic and, when required, in schools or preschools.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for assessments, NDIS, and Medicare requirements.
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration, case discussions, mentoring sessions,
and team meetings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in cloud-based practice management software.

Requirements
- Essential Membership with Speech Pathology Australia and eligibility for enrolment in the SPA self-regulation program.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience with a diverse paediatric caseload, including preschool and school-aged children.
- Experience supporting children on the Autism Spectrum and with developmental delays.
- Current Working with Children Check and driver's licence.
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Strong communication, organisational, and computer skills, with a caring and flexible approach.
- Desirable: Expertise in assessment and management of common paediatric presenting issues.
- Ability to work independently while positively contributing to the team.
