Matung Kunarr Aboriginal Corporation is seeking experienced therapeutic youth workers to support children and young people in residential care on the Central Coast NSW. The role focuses on trauma-informed, therapeutic care, mentoring, and consistent daily support to promote safe, reliable development.

You will build therapeutic relationships, manage challenging behaviours, and maintain thorough documentation while participating in supervision, training and reflective practice.
