Due to our unprecedented growth, our stores within the Gold Coast area are currently seeking motivated and hard working candidates to join our supermarkets as a department manager in training!

The successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department.

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a rapid-paced supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)
- Capable of leading and motivating a team
- Ability to order and cost control
- Ability to understanding gross profit calculations
- Ability to create rosters
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members
