Aveo is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep homes and shared spaces safe, functional and well presented in our retirement community. You will handle reactive and preventative tasks, from painting to light repairs, engaging positively with residents and colleagues.
We value hands-on trade experience, a proactive approach, and explicit resident-friendly communication. A valid driver’s licence and two COVID-19 vaccinations are required as part of joining our supportive team.
