Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred active support to people living with disability within Supported Independent Living settings and in their own homes. The role covers personal care, daily living assistance, and community participation.

Two permanent part time positions are available across line 1 and line 2 shifts, with a mix of afternoons, evenings and sleepovers.
