As a Building Cadet at Oakdale Group, you will:

Assist in managing and coordinating daily site operations alongside the Site Foreman and Project Manager.

Support the preparation of work schedules, safety documentation, and procurement processes.

Monitor progress and quality of works, contributing to daily reporting and communication with subcontractors.

Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and project meetings.

Work closely with the design teams to understand tender processes and formwork system planning.

Completion of ITP's and QA documentation

Control site copies of contact drawing ensure contract drawing are current prior to commencement of recent elements

Reading and marking up of construction drawing
