We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Receptionist to provide a professional, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service within a busy warehouse environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers, and team members, you will play a key role in maintaining site security, managing the switchboard, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

THE POSITION

- Manage the site switchboard and direct calls and enquiries efficiently
- Welcome visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, ensuring all sign-in and site access requirements are completed
- Coordinate visitor management, contractor documentation, and site inductions
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing,



and record management
- Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional, safe, and well-presented environment
- Support site meetings, bookings, and other operational requirements as required
- Liaise with warehouse operations, service providers, and stakeholders to support daily site activities

THE PERSON

- Previous experience in a reception, switchboard, administration, or customer service role
- Confident managing a busy switchboard and multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and site security standards
