A outstanding new opportunity has been created to join this growing construction business working across multiple complex projects across the south east coast region. Working closely with an experienced CFO and leading a finance function you will influence and shape the organisations strategic direction whilst providing critical financial insights.

- Reporting to the CFO you will lead the delivery of the month end reporting and manage a small diverse team.
- Prepare month end reports and lead audits
- Manage and co-ordinate budgets including performance analytics
- Ensure compliance is maintained and drive business process improvements
- Drive cashflow reporting and forecasting
- Review project reporting and WIP

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience working in a construction led environment leading a finance function. Ideally with an ability to drive business process improvements, confident with ERP reporting tools and BI systems.
