Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, part of the EVT Limited group, seeks a Food and Beverage Duty Manager for the Lovedale Brewbar. You will supervise front-of-house operations, lead and mentor a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across a busy bar and restaurant setting.
