Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

Located in Windsor NSW, Tates Hotel Windsor is a hotel offering accommodation, dining, bar, and function facilities. The business is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensure the delivery of high-quality guest services.

Key Responsibilities

- Directing and overseeing accommodation, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations
- Supervising security arrangements and coordinating property and facility maintenance
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and event operations
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements and all applicable legislation
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements to maintain high service standards
- Overseeing purchasing activities and supporting the efficient administration of hotel operations
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Coordinating staff rosters,



supervising employees, and supporting the day-to-day management of hotel operations
- Assisting guests with enquiries, local information, and arranging services where required
- Maintaining high operational standards to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel

About You

- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
- Experience supervising accommodation, food and beverage, and guest service operations
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality operations
- Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced workplace
- Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
