We have anexciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegalto join our well-regarded Government Advisoryteam. Working in a collaborative and high‑performing environment,this role plays a critical part in the delivery of complex,high‑profile work for a Commonwealth Government agency.Thisis a full-time role suited to someone looking to developtheircareer as a Paralegal.
You willprovide high-level support to lawyers throughout the lifecycle of amatter by:
- Triaging and reviewingincoming matters;
- Managing mattersthrough our matter management system, including uploadingdocuments and maintaining accurate records;
- Assisting with thepreparation of briefs, legal documents, letters, case summariesand other correspondence;
- Sourcing and liaisingwith experts and external stakeholders as required;
- Coordinating andmanaging deadlines, filings and other proceduralrequirements.

Aboutyou
You enjoytaking ownership of your work and pride yourself on being areliable and proactive team member. You thrive in a fast‑pacedenvironment and are motivated by working on complex and meaningfulmatters.
You willalso bring the following skills and experience:
- Provenexperience as a Paralegal or Senior LegalAssistant, ideally within ahigh‑volume litigation practice;
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicateeffectively across all levels;
- Aproactive approach and strong organisationalskills;
- Theability to produce accurate, high-quality work with a keen eyefor detail;
- Asound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (experience withiManage/Filesite and Aderant Expert is highlyregarded).
