Site Manager required for $21M new build Public School in Liverpool

Full time position - the business builds across most institutional sectors for clients ranging from aged care providers, local, State & Federal Government and Private Schools & Universities
20% of their projects are programmed on 5 day working weeks
The Role & Business
As a proven Site Manager in the current build commercial space, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a $21M facility comprising of 2 standalone buildings & the refurbishment of an existing one. Won through panel tender, the job has money in it and is a key project for the company with a new client - you will be working in a live environment.
Aided by a Foreman, Labourer and site based Project Manager, as the job gets into major structure you will likely be provided with a 2nd Foreman to push programme.
The business is financially stable with an excellent credit rating. They are non-litigious in approach and foster strong,
repeat relationships with their clients and subcontractors resulting in 85% repeat business annually. This business is a household name in the industry utilising leading systems and understand the demands the industry puts on site staff.
New build - construction from $10 - $40M
Fitout & Refurbishment - projects from $10 - $25M
Competing with the major players in the institutional market, their employee retention stands at 5.5 years which is strong in a competitive market.
Qualifications & Experience
It is expected you will be able to provide experience demonstrating commercial new build projects valued at $20M+ alongside good references that will attest to your skillset
Experience delivering new build Schools would be highly advantageous
You will understand the business works as a team and your success depends on the support of others led by you
Ideally, you will have delivered a minimum of 2 new build commercial projects over $20M in Australia as a Site Manager
You will ideally be trade qualified in Carpentry (not essential) and have spent time as a tradesperson and Site Supervisor as your experience grew
