About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Consumer Sales Officer to join our Consumer Sales team. Reporting to the Membership & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving Membership sales, engaging with our supporter base, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a passionate and motivated individual with a strong focus on sales, retention, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Membership sales through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Convert leads into new members while retaining existing members.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Assist in delivering telemarketing campaigns focused on Membership retention and acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bulldogs Members and supporters.
- Provide accurate and timely information about Membership products and benefits.

Customer Service

- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall fan experience.
- Resolve Member issues and elevate priority concerns when necessary.




- Follow up with Members to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Accurately process new Memberships and renewals through the club’s CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and account management.
- Provide support at match days and club events, including community activations and game-day activations.

Key Outcomes

- Achieve Membership sales and retention targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the Bulldogs’ Membership base.
- Assist in executing strategic plans for maximising sales opportunities.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales and customer interactions.

About You

We are looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members.

The ideal candidate will possess

- Previous sales/call centre experience
- A strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Memberlink, or similar) preferred but not essential.
- Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and match days.

This is a casual position. Given the dynamic nature of the sports industry, you will be required to work outside of standard office hours, including attending match days (home games), partner events, and other job-related activities.
