We are currently seekingVac Truck Operators /Labourersto join a majorPower Station Shutdownproject. DIDO Opportunities: Candidates based in Newcastle, Sydney or Wollongong are encouraged to apply. Accommodation provided for eligible DIDO candidates.

The Role

- Vac Truck operation and general labouringduties
- Working as part of a shutdown team within a Power Station environment
- 12-hourday and night shifts




- Fatigue days included
- Solid focus on safety,teamworkand following site procedures

Shutdown Dates

7 September 2026 – 27 September 2026

Required Tickets

- White Card – essential
- Confined Space – must be current (within the last 2 years)
- Working at Heights – preferred (within the last 2 years)
- HRLicence– desirable but not essential
- Higher pay ratesare availablefor candidates holding an HRLicence.

What We're Looking For

- PreviousVac Truck, industrial, shutdown or generallabouringexperience highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable and committed to the full shutdown period
- Ability to work both day and night shifts asrequired
