About the role
Wide Bay Plumbing and Drainage is a locally owned and family run business. You will work across new home and commercial projects throughout Hervey Bay and the wider Wide Bay region. This position is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly and works well as part of a team. We value our employees and aim to provide a supportive workplace where good work is recognised.
Your responsibilities
- Completing plumbing and drainage work on new home and commercial projects
- New home drains, rough ins and fit offs
- Reading and working from construction plans
- Following workplace health and safety requirements
- Completing timesheets and required job documentation
- Working effectively with supervisors, tradespeople and other contractors
What we are looking for
- Be a qualified plumber with the relevant plumbing qualification and Queensland licence
- Current construction White Card
- Current driver licence
- Experience in recent home or commercial projects
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- The ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- A strong understanding of construction site safety
Qualified applicants should be capable of completing plumbing work with limited supervision.
