Lactalis Australia is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our rapid-paced dairy production facility. This role offers night and day shifts with a future transition to 12-hour shifts on a 7-day fortnight as production scales up.

You will perform preventative maintenance, contribute to system development, respond to breakdowns quickly, and uphold safety checks. SA A-class licence and trade qualification are essential.
