Sufee Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cook to join our team in few of our branch in Cowes, PhillipIsland VIC. As a full-time Cook , you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals for our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. we are located all around the Regional Victoria, Having total of 8 Shop Operated within all around the Regional Victoria, serves a delicious Japanese cuisine and introduce the new dine-in experience to the local by using locally sourced, and sustainable produce where we can, we take pride in what we do, and we encourage creativity and feedback. Our mission is to bring an positive impact on the community by offering a good product and excellent services. We are seeking a full-time Cook candidate who possesses relevant qualifications. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person who is interested in progressing and growing within the business, as this role could develop into a leadership position.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items to the highest standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements




- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- May assist to plan menus and estimate food requirements

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualificatons.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
- Food safety and hygiene certification

Annual Salary /Year plus superannuation
