On offer

- Salary circa$117k + super
- Full-timenight shifts (10–12 hours), approx. 7pm–7am
- Rolling roster Wed-Sat Nightweek 1, Thu-Sat Night week 2.
- Roving role - Travel across Sydney locations where requried (car required)

The role

You’ll provide safe, evidence-based clinical care and leadership across a network of small aged care homes, supporting residents - many living with dementia - to live with dignity, connection, and purpose.

On shift, you’ll complete clinical assessments, manage medications, monitor risk, respond to changing or complex needs, and document accurately using digital systems.



You’ll also provide after-hours phone/telehealth guidance to other sites when needed, with escalation pathways and on-call support in place.

You may also be required to cover occasional weekday day shifts (9am–5pm) for annual leave relief.

Requirements

- CurrentAHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
- Australian working rights
- Current Australian driver licence and access to a car
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid clinical judgement, calm decision-making, and confident documentation
- Flexibility for nights, weekends and public holidays
