Goodness Grown is seeking a Production Coordinator in Tongala, Victoria, to drive the daily flow from picking through grading and packing into the despatch-ready zone. You will translate the production schedule into transparent daily direction and work with the Picking and Packhouse Supervisors to keep targets on track.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor real-time progress, manage inventory of packing consumables, and ensure cold chain integrity from pick to despatch.
