About the Program
Our structured Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to gain real experience across every stage of our banana farming operations, including:
- Crop production and agronomy
- Farm operations and machinery
- Pack-shed and quality operations
- Logistics and supply chain
- Work Health & Safety
- Continuous improvement and operational performance
- Leadership and people management
You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, take ownership of real projects and develop the technical, commercial and leadership skills needed for future farm and operational management roles.
