The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of projects from feasibility through to final account, working closely with blue-chip private and public sector clients across a diverse portfolio that includes:
You’ll be trusted to manage client relationships, mentor junior surveyors and play a key role in delivering commercially successful outcomes on projects ranging from boutique developments to multi-billion-dollar programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies
- Procurement strategy and tender management
- Contract administration and commercial advice
- Managing variations, progress claims and final accounts
- Building robust relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Consultancy/PQS experience within Australia or overseas
- Strong pre and post-contract capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MRICS, AIQS or working towards professional accreditation is highly regarded
