What the Graduate Program offers:

Our 12-month program is structured to help you build skills and confidence in your first year as an EN.

- One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program

Whatyou’llbe doing as a Graduate EN:

- Delivering safe nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Assistingwith medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Educating and supporting patients and families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Contributing to a positive patient experience

Whatwe’relooking for & to be eligible,you’llneed:

- Evidence of Australian working rights
- Completion of an Enrolled Nursing qualification after 1 June 2026, or expected completion before 17 January 2027
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including AM, PM, nights,weekendsand public holidays

What to prepare for your application:

- Updated resume
- Two recent student clinical placement reports
- Proof of Australian working rights
- If currently on a student or temporary visa, a brief document outlining proposed next visa plans
