Integral Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to provide direct, person-centred support to NDIS participants and their families in home and community settings across Greater Western Sydney.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and community access, while following NDIS plans and IHC guidelines to ensure dignity, safety and quality care. The role requires versatile shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
