A leading independent corporate advisory platform is seeking to appoint a senior M&A; banker at Director or Managing Director level in Melbourne. The firm has developed a strong reputation across the top end of the market, advising on complex, high-profile transactions, and is now looking to deepen its senior bench strength to capture continued market opportunity.
This role offers the chance to lead transaction origination and execution, working directly with clients across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will take on a central role in building client relationships, driving deal flow, and mentoring a technically strong team. This is a platform where senior bankers are empowered to deliver at pace with the full support of a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced M&A; banker at Director or Managing Director level, with a proven track record in deal origination and execution. Candidates will bring a solid network of corporate or private equity relationships, alongside the technical and commercial capability to lead complex transactions. Bulge bracket IB experience will be highly regarded, offshore experience will be considered and a grace period offered to get re-established in the local market.
