About the CompanyDavidson has partnered with a global energy leader, focused on renewable energy.About the RoleAs the Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network environments.Key responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for service desk tickets, triaging issues and managing escalations.Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other ICT equipment.Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, InTune, and WSUS.Assist with onboarding new starters and create user guides and documentation.Collaborate with global IT teams and third-party providers to resolve complex issues.About YouMinimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in IT or related field (highly desirable).
