Halter is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for Queensland, based in Brisbane, with responsibility for leading a growing sales team and a expanding customer base. You will hire, coach and grow Territory Managers, set quotas, and shape our regional strategy across Queensland.
You will drive end-to-end sales performance, coach teams through farm meetings, and ensure disciplined execution of the sales process as Halter scales.
