Steritech is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to lead the site’s day-to-day operations at a highly regulated sterilisation facility in Australia. You will oversee rostering, production scheduling and workforce development to ensure safety, quality and business targets are met.
The role operates on a 24/7 shift roster, with approximately 42 hours per week, and may shift toward M-F during Off Peak Season.
