You will respond to incoming calls, emails, and B2B messages regarding Electricity & Gas matters with courtesy and accuracy, and coordinate with retailers and client support teams.

Training is four weeks in our Melbourne CBD office, with an prospect to work from home after completing training and reaching speed to competency.
