MLHD is seeking a Senior Renal Social Worker to support patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves psychosocial assessment, advocacy, information and education, and referral to community supports within a client-centered framework.

You will lead in a multidisciplinary team and supervise allied health staff and students, bringing advanced clinical social work skills and excellent communication to a complex renal service.
