About the role

The position builds strong relationships with stakeholders, manages consultants and multidisciplinary teams, and provides expert advice on planning policy and legislative requirements. It also supports project delivery, procurement activities and the achievement of team objectives.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- At least five years' experience in town planning or a similar property-related role, providing complex advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of government legislation,



including the Planning and Environment Act 1987, along with experience building effective stakeholder relationships.
- A tertiary qualification in Town Planning (mandatory).
