We're looking for a Talent & HR Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for candidates and employees across every stage of the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you will:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from job advertising and interview coordination through to offer preparation and candidate management.
- Help deliver a seamless new starter experience by coordinating onboarding, inductions and pre-employment activities.
- Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including employment changes, record management, reporting and employee enquiries.
- Support candidate sourcing and talent pipelining activities, helping identify future talent for our growing business.
- Coordinate offboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvements across HR and recruitment processes.

Ideally, You’ll Have

- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, office coordination or customer service
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Taleo) and/or HR systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
