This exciting opportunity places you at the centre of executive decision-making, coordinating complex correspondence and preparing briefing materials, ministerial documents and executive reports.

Your work will help ensure senior leaders have access to high-quality information and advice to support effective healthcare leadership across the organisation.

Competitive salary and benefits:

- Base salary range: $109,262 to $118,881 p.a.
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available

What you'll bring

- Extensive experience in managing high volumes of correspondence/documentation, including the preparation, proofreading, formatting, editing, and quality assurance of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, including the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Contemporary experience in driving process efficiencies through the innovative use of technology and systems.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver outcomes.
- Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in Communications is highly desirable.
- Whilst not mandatory, experience in a similar role with a government entity would be highly regarded.
