Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort on Queensland's Sunshine Coast is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Banquets Operations Manager to support delivery of conferences, weddings and events across the resort's convention centre and venues.
Reporting to the Conference & Events Operations Manager, you will lead and coach the Banquets team, coordinate with F&B;, Kitchen and events teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, while rostering and maintaining high service standards.
