Metso is seeking a Backlog & Exception Management Specialist to strengthen delivery performance and customer outcomes. You will manage backlog execution across the market, working with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations to ensure on-time delivery, mitigate risks, and resolve exceptions efficiently.
You will contribute to continuous improvement of backlog processes, data quality, and governance while providing transparent visibility through reporting and KPIs.
