EducationHQ is seeking a Social Worker to join the Darling Downs South West Region in Toowoomba. You will provide evidence-based counselling for students from prep to Year 12 with mild-to-moderate mental health concerns, and support emotional wellbeing across the school community.
You will work with teachers, families and community partners to coordinate services, and there may be opportunities to deliver services via telepractice across the region.
