Mercer is seeking an experienced skilled to join our Risk & Incidents team in Australia. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office each week.
You will lead end-to-end management of high‑risk incidents, provide governance and escalation, and coach Senior Incident Managers to deliver robust remediation and reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement across regulated financial services is essential.
