The Role

As a Casual Store Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience for every customer. From helping customers find the right product to keeping the store looking its best, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases.
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system.
- Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store.
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.




- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily store goals.
- Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures.

About You

- Enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
- Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Thrives in a busy retail environment.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
