World Vision Australia’s social enterprise café is seeking a capable Café All‑Rounder 2IC to assist the Café Area Manager. You’ll lead by example across coffee, food preparation, service, stock and daily opening/closing procedures, helping create a welcoming cafe experience that reflects World Vision’s mission.
