About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Officer to support the delivery of a range of projects and programs, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, reporting, governance and program administration. This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment. To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen.
Duties:
- Coordinate and deliver program activities to ensure projects remain on track
- Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Review reports, funding documentation and project information to support decision-making
- Prepare high-quality briefings, correspondence and program updates for senior stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, governance requirements and key deliverables
- Manage records, reporting and administrative activities with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills/experience:
- Experience supporting or delivering programs, projects, grants or contracts
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with diverse groups
- Ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills, including reports and briefings
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Government experience and/or the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance is highly regarde
