Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team (AOT). This maternity relief role involves providing assertive outreach in the community to adults with complex mental health needs, in the least restrictive setting, including clients’ homes or nearby community spaces.
The role is temporary full time until August 2027, with 38 hours per week and a salary range of $1,566.70–$2,199.59 per week.
