Savers is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team in a rapid-paced, high-volume store. You’ll be a hands-on leader on the floor, coaching the team and driving sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will own daily trading decisions, stock flow and area performance, and you’ll have meaningful opportunities to step into broader leadership roles over time.
