As a Senior Process Operator (2IC) at our Gruyere mine site, you'll be hands-on in day-to-day plant operations while providing vital support to the Process Shift Supervisor in safely meeting production targets.

This role is being offered on an 8:6/7:7 roster.

What you will be doing:

- Support and provide coverage for the Shift Supervisor when required.
- Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and living our Vital Behaviours.
- Operate and monitor plant equipment across all processing areas.
- Coordinate daily work activities, including unplanned tasks, reports and checklists.
- Liaise with Metallurgy and Maintenance teams to optimise performance and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate production data and shift reporting.
- Identify improvement opportunities to improve team efficiency and capability.

About you:

- Senior Process Technician with significant gold processing experience.
- Demonstrates an uncompromising commitment to safety.
- Proven leader who proactively approaches coaching and mentoring others.
- Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate would be advantageous.
- Developed troubleshooting and problem solving skills in operations and leadership.
- Experienced with crushing, grinding. CIL / CIP, control room and gold room operation.
- Confident and consistent communicator.




- Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.
- Valid C Class Driver's Licence as a minimum.
