About the company Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government department to engage an AO5 Graphic Designer (Customer & Stakeholder Management) for a position based in Cairns QLD or Townsville QLD.

About the Position

The AO5(1) Graphic Designer (Customer & Stakeholder Management) will create high-quality visual communication materials across print, digital, video and online channels. The role supports stakeholder and community engagement through effective and accessible design solutions.

Duties

- Deliver creative design solutions across print, digital, video and online platforms
- Design and produce communication materials including publications, presentations, social media content and advertising
- Provide visual design advice on branding, asset production and communication requirements
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery




- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain consistency and improve communication standards

Requirements/Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Understanding of WCAG and experience creating accessible PDF and Word documents
- Experience delivering high-level creative work for large corporate or government organisations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working within corporate branding guidelines with strong attention to detail
