Amazon is seeking a Pre-Construction Cost Planner for APJC Data Center Capacity Delivery in Australia. You will own cost plans from feasibility to early design, build Amazon-specific rate libraries, and advance BIM-based estimating systems across APAC data centers.

You will lead cost analysis, data benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Due Diligence, and Procurement to ensure accurate budgets and value engineering opportunities.
